
Job description
Assist with day-to-day operations on technical issues and problems, and participate in the initiation and planning phases of organizational projects. Install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize the performance of application systems and databases.
Provide premium client services, work with clients to resolve issues, and participate in technical calls to update on progress. Handle Level 2 analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Must have experience with application/infrastructure monitoring tools, Windows server infrastructure, and.Net-based application support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
