Director of Commerce

Design, implement and manage the annual commercial strategy, aligned with the group’s international corporate guidelines. Lead and develop a high-performance commercial team composed of more than 10 people. Define and execute the hotel’s sales strategy, ensuring the annual budget, KPIs, occupancy, and revenue targets are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial roles of luxury real hotels, ideally within international chains.
• Proven experience leading high-performance commercial teams, focusing on sales, revenue, and strategic management.
