Requirements
- Proven success in customer implementation, account management, or project-based implementation role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through on tasks
- Able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Technically curious and comfortable learning software tools
- Confident in leading customer training sessions and live demos
