Job Description
Customer Implementation Specialist responsible for helping customers successfully implement the Weave platform during the onboarding process, managing relationships, and providing a five-star customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management / Implementation
- Drive results, persist in accomplishing objectives, and take personal responsibility for decisions and actions
- Manage complexity, uncover root causes, and secure resources effectively
- Communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and build strong customer relationships
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of basic computer networking
