Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to support and execute Ocean Getawaysā digital presence, with a strong emphasis on high-quality writing and refined storytelling. The role involves creating, managing, and publishing content across social media channels, newsletters, and website, while supporting broader marketing initiatives through written and visual content.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree (Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality, English, Business, or related field)
- 1ā2 years of professional experience managing social media and content for a brand or company
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Experience working remotely for international or US businesses.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with luxury or affluent audiences
- Strong visual and editorial judgment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; working knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere, or similar
- Ability to conduct competitive research and market analysis
- Responsible and transparent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini
- Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Zoho), email marketing tools, and shared file systems
- High attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
