Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and driven Culinary Leader to join our team at JOEY Bentall One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the success of our multi-million-dollar restaurant and develop a high-performing team of 50-100 individuals.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years industry experience in a Culinary Leadership role
- Proven ability to develop, coach and inspire a high-performing team
- Excels in proactively recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
