Job Description
We are looking for a Service Planning Excellence Lead EMEA to further professionalize our Field Service Operations across the region, developing and implementing data-driven models to support Integrated Business Planning processes.
Requirements
- A bachelorās degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of field operations, resource planning, and financial KPIs
- Experience in data modeling, forecasting, and planning tools
- A hands-on mindset: you dive into data while keeping a strategic overview
- Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
