Service Planning Excellence Lead EMEA role at Johnson Controls to shape the future of service planning, develop data-driven models, and drive operational efficiency across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of field operations, resource planning, and financial KPIs
- Experience in data modeling, forecasting, and planning tools
- Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Change management capabilities — you know how to guide teams through new processes
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
