Join Johnson Controls as a Service Operations Excellence Manager, Controls (EMEA) to drive operational excellence and improve service performance across the EMEA region. You will lead key service KPIs, establish strong performance routines, and standardize processes to shorten cycle times and improve profitability.
Requirements
- 8â12 years of experience in service operations, project management, or operational excellence
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, backlog management and service delivery
- Experience in industrial, building technologies, HVAC or controls environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP tools, ideally Salesforce
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
