Account Executive - Sustainable Infrastructure

The Account Executive - Sustainable Infrastructure position is part of Johnson Controls' Sustainable Infrastructure business. The role involves selling complex energy solutions to public sector clients and promoting the JCI value proposition at the executive level. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing long-term customer relationships, executing the sales process, and utilizing sales tools to plan and document progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of five to seven years of progressive field sales experience up to the C-level
• Experience selling energy solutions performance contracts preferred
• Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels
