As Area Sales Manager HVAC Indirect Channel, you will drive targeted sales revenue and margin for our HVAC indirect channel, making decisions effectively, managing customers, and monitoring progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in selling HVAC solutions and products on the Italian market
- Track-record and experience in strategic account management & selling
- High level of creation of new accounts and opportunities
- Experience of the YORK product is preferable
- Proficiency in negotiation skills (tactics, techniques, strategies)
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work to targets and KPI’s and self-monitor own performance.
- Salesforce CRM knowledge and ability to activity manage sales pipelines
- Ability to follow and improve current processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian
- Autonomous and independent person
- Comfortable working to deadlines, ability to multi-task and carry out ad-hoc work.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
