Plant Lean Leader

As a Plant Lean Leader, you will lead the implementation of process improvements and drive business growth by assessing current state performance, identifying gaps, and developing plans to achieve future state goals. You will work under the Johnson Controls Continuous Improvement & Production system and collaborate with leadership to develop a plant CI Roadmap. You will also coach plant staff and front-line leaders in the Johnson Controls Business System (JCBS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years minimum experience in Continuous Improvement
• 5 years experience as an operational frontline leader
• High-level performance in current and previous positions
• Leadership skills, ability to manage vertically and horizontally
• Basic statistical knowledge and ability to apply statistics to product and process improvement projects
• Certifications from a reputable lean leading company
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to exercise authority without it
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications and Internet software
