Job Description
The Sales Engineer Construction is responsible for selling Johnson Controls' BE offerings to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. They will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition, build and manage long-term customer relationships, and execute the sales process to cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers and seek out new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required.
- At least 1-3 years successfully selling HVAC or building automation system industry.
- Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and quality in business.
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
