Johnson Controls is hiring two Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to support Silent Aire and our North America hiring strategy. The roles will focus on business-facing recruiting and candidate-facing recruiting. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, guiding interview teams, and mentoring talent acquisition partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with emphasis on partnership and candidate engagement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage talent data and market insights
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in high-volume or manufacturing recruiting is a plus
- Demonstrated coaching and mentorship capability
- Proven ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, improving processes and offering market insights
- Experience influencing sourcing strategies and strengthening talent pipelines
