Job Description
The Assistant Plant Controller will provide financial analysis for decision-making purposes, report, plan, and evaluate financial results, and ensure timely, accurate, and efficient financial transactions and reports. This role will collaborate closely with facility leadership teams to drive exceptional financial performance and spot key financial opportunities for improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Build relationships with all levels of members at the plants, including core leadership teams, team leaders, and production members
- Turn data into valuable insights to help explain financial results and drive improvement
- Assist in developing and sustaining a standard approach to reporting and processes across campus plants
- Lead month-end close tasks and assist with forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Lead and monitor cost savings pipelines and partner with the Multi-Site Plant Controller to assess new business opportunities
