We are seeking a Business Development Asst. Manager / Manager - Foodservice to manage and grow sales within the foodservice channel, including HORECA, Bakery, Catering, and Distributor partners.
Requirements
- Manage and grow assigned foodservice accounts, ensuring delivery of sales, volume, and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with HORECA, Bakery, Catering, and Distributor partners.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with customers.
- Develop Joint Business Plans with key accounts to strengthen partnerships.
- Monitor account performance and ensure excellent execution of programs.
- Coordinate with Marketing on customer promotions, POSM, and activations.
- Collaborate with R&D and Technical teams to deliver customized solutions for customers.
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure accurate forecasting, timely order fulfillment, and service excellence.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.
- Manage trade spending within budget and ensure ROI on initiatives.
- Support the Senior Manager/Head in channel planning and execution.
