Business Development Executive - Foodservice role supports the growth of the company's foodservice business by managing day-to-day customer relationships, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, and providing excellent service to HORECA, Bakery, Catering, and Distributor partners.
Requirements
- Manage assigned foodservice customers and support the BD Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Assist in negotiating deals, promotions, and contracts with customers.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Support field visits and ensure visibility of products at customer outlets.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Support trade marketing via sampling, activation, etc.
- Use customer relationship data to gain insights into customer behavior, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall business health.
- Prepare sales reports, tracking performance against targets.
- Provide input on sales forecasts and assist with demand planning.
- Support marketing and trade marketing initiatives within the channel.
