Job Description
The Safety Leader will support the Assistant Safety Coordinator in overseeing the health and safety programs within the manufacturing facilities on the main Johnsonville campus, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and promoting a culture of safety across the workplace.
Requirements
- Assist in driving safety culture of ownership, involvement, and personal accountability
- Complete risk assessments to mitigate potential safety risks within operations
- Delivery of safety training programs for employees on topics such as hazard recognition, personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response, and safe work practices
