Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative position at Johnstone Supply – The Balsan Group. Technical sales support to contractors via phone, email, and walk-ins. Provide expert guidance, support contractors, and help grow the business.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC/R experience (field, counter sales, or inside sales)
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting
• Experience with equipment selection, parts lookup, and system applications
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced inside sales environment
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with ERP/POS systems and basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
