Job Description
Are you passionate about HVAC/R and enjoy helping contractors find the right solutions? Johnstone Supply – The Balsan Group is seeking a technically skilled Inside Sales Representative to provide expert guidance, support contractors, and help grow our business.
Requirements
- Provide technical sales support to contractors via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Recommend HVAC/R equipment, parts, and system components based on application and specs
- Assist with troubleshooting systems, cross-referencing parts, and identifying replacements
- Generate and manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups to close business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
- Stay current on manufacturers, product lines, and industry trends
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
