Patient Services Rep II

The Patient Service Representative II role involves clinical support within a medical office, including triage, scheduling, and running errands. This position requires accurate record-keeping, patient communication, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. A CMA, RMA, ABR-OE, CNA, or QMA certification is required.

Requirements

• Triage and return patient calls.
• Review patient charts and collect information.
• Schedule outpatient tests/procedures.
• Maintain patient records and prepare charts.
• Collect Co-pays and balances.
• Clean exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Provide continuity of care.
• Must complete an accredited medical terminology course.
