Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you play a key role in resolving technical issues and improving our product. You work closely with colleagues from Technical Support and Development to analyze issues, tag findings, and create clear tickets in GitHub for the development team.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Affinity for technology and SaaS products
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, browsers, and mobile devices
• Experience with GitHub and Git
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
