Requirements

• Collect lessons learned from Launches and communicate globally
• Ensure correct training and information of Plant and Process Engineering in Plants about Global Processes
• Ensure correct technological and manufacturing training to Process Engineers, working with key technology
• Supervise the correct implementation of standards
• Execute and track compliance by team members in work projects
• Plan Line Assembly Capacity based on customer volumes
• Establish Qualified Suppliers for manufacturing assembly equipment
• Capital Planning, Capital Approval Process and Administration
• Track Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Payments established to meet project dates
• Track assembly equipment manufacturing to delivery at operation sites
• Document through acceptance protocol of equipment compliance with requirements established in SOW
• Confirm team capacity with CPK's from Supplier and together with Plant CPK's
• Ensure success in product validation
• Confirm established capacity in pieces per hour in R&R
