We’re hiring a freelance Thumbnail Designer to design thumbnails for YouTube channels, requiring 3+ years of experience designing thumbnails for scaled YouTube channels, understanding of what drives clicks in competitive recommendation environments, and ability to work with data in mind. The role involves concept and design of multiple thumbnail directions per episode, collaboration with marketing and creative teams, and iteration based on performance data.
