Job Description
Jubilee Media is looking for a Thumbnail Designer to join their team. As a Thumbnail Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching thumbnails, planning shoots, coordinating with photographers, and using data to improve click-through rates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience designing thumbnails, preferably for YouTube
- Strong Photoshop skills and experience enhancing RAW photography and blending assets
- Comfortable using AI tools to assist in creative workflows
- Skilled at managing production assets, coordinating photographers, and guiding freelancers
- Data-informed: experienced with A/B testing and making design decisions that improve CTR
- Collaborative, communicative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about creating compelling visuals that engage audiences
