Job Description
This opportunity is for a Residential Childcare Support Worker to provide day-to-day care, direction, and support to young people who may display challenging and disruptive behaviors, emotional, and social difficulties. The role involves providing high-quality child care practice in a supportive therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- Ability to interact with a range of people/young people
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Provide consistency of care and support to the young people
- Desire to work with children who may display challenging behavior
- Commitment to working with children who may be at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation
- Shift work including weekends on a rota system
- Full Driving Licence is essential
