Jumpfactor is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven success in outbound prospecting, specifically within the MSP or IT services space.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B business development or outbound sales experience
- Strong familiarity with MSP/IT services, including terminology, services, and pain points
- Proven track record of consistently achieving outbound KPIs
- Exceptional verbal communication; confident and natural on the phone
- Strong written communication for crafting emails, short pitches, and LinkedIn messages
- Highly comfortable cold calling 4+ hours per day
- Fast learner who adapts messaging quickly across different MSPs
- Experience using CRMs, sequencing tools, email automation, and outbound tech stacks
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
