Methods and Engineering Manager

We're looking for a Methods and Engineering Manager to join our team in Toulouse. As a leader, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve complex operational issues, lead multiple projects, and supervise a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, analyze and resolve complex operational issues
• Propose and implement effective, data-driven improvement strategies
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise a cross-functional team (engineers, planners, technicians)
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the annual technical shutdown
• Facilitate internal and cross-functional meetings
• Lead F&E involvement in Capital Projects
• Conduct risk assessments and investigations using Lean methodology
• Continuously optimize maintenance tasks, timelines, and costs
