Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a five-person inside sales/order desk team within a busy lighting and electrical distribution company.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in sales or technical roles within electrical, lighting, or industrial supply industries.
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales or order desk team.
- Post-secondary or professional experience equivalent
- Electrical Apprentice/Electrical Technician background would be a plus
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience using CRM
