In the 1st training year, you will receive a basic training in tourism in the company
From the 2nd training year, we will develop your career profile with you and help you to focus on your strengths and specialize in a specific area
Communication Management: Consulting and sales of children's and youth travel (phone, email, chat) as well as processing bookings and reservations
Business Development: Acquiring new cooperation partners and contract negotiations
Key Account Management: You take care of our cooperation partners. You are the interface between our customers and partners to combine the wishes of both sides
Content Management: You create valuable content for our trips (descriptions, FAQs, images, landing pages)
SEO Management: You write SEO-optimized texts and maintain them. You maintain the created content yourself in our internal system and in Wordpress
Digital Marketing: You learn all areas of digital marketing (magazine, social) and work with tracking and analysis tools Seobility and Google Analytics
You want to take on responsible tasks in your training
You are communicative, customer-oriented, and adapt to the individual needs of your conversation partners
You have the desire to further develop our product portfolio and actively bring in your own ideas
You work structured, goal-oriented, and persistently on a task
Fluent in German (spoken and written), additional language skills are a plus
Bonus point: You were once at a summer camp - as a child or counselor
