We are looking for an analytical and results-driven CRM Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You will own executing and optimizing CRM flows to convert leads and educate existing patients about our services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing in fast-paced environments with experience executing in Braze preferred
- Demonstrated ability to hit business growth goals through strategic cohorting and insights-driven creative messaging and testing
- Data and results-driven with strong ability to tell a story using data insights and performance results
- Excellent problem-solving skills with track record of using data-driven approaches to solve complex business problems
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal creative, data, and product teams and external partners
- Desire to stay abreast of current CRM and broader marketing trends and best practices
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
