Job Description
One of Southern California's most stable and prestigious General Contractors is seeking an experienced Ground Up Commercial Construction Superintendent for automobile dealership development projects in the Los Angeles, CA area. The ideal candidate will have experience handling tilt up and ground up commercial construction projects, Tenant Improvement experience, and a demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods.
Requirements
- Previous experience handling tilt up and ground up commercial construction projects
- Tenant Improvement (TI) experience
- Experience in automobile dealership builds (major plus)
- AS degree in Construction Management or similar or a Journeyman status in a building trade
- Current safety credentials to include OSHA 30 1, 1st Aid and CPR
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, Email, scheduling, Microsoft Office and other software used in the construction industry
