Job Description
Our client is a leading IT Solutions Company in Greensboro, NC seeking a Helpdesk Support Level II. The successful candidate will have experience in business desktop and server technologies, including Windows 10, Windows servers, advanced networking, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
Requirements
- Four years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or service management
- Certifications in CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP
- Knowledge of desktop applications such as MS Office Suite, Adobe products, and Intuit products
- Troubleshooting skills with different Operating Systems such as Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and MAC OSX
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Print Services, File Services, GPOs, and other common Windows Server roles
- Experience with SAS solutions such as Office 365 and Adobe CC
- History of network and firewall administration
- Knowledge of server virtualization
- Practical knowledge of system and application logs, as well as performance monitoring tools
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
