Project Manager

Our client is a well-established Southern California general contractor specializing in ground-up and remodel projects for major restaurant and fuel brands. The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, managing all phases from preconstruction through closeout.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in restaurant or fuel station projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with Master Builder, Bid Mail, and Blue Book preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
