Project Manager (Mechanical Construction)

Our client, a leading employee-owned mechanical contractor, is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join their San Diego team. The role is responsible for managing mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s performance standards.

Requirements

• Lead all phases of assigned mechanical construction projects
• Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and performance objectives
• Manage all financial aspects of projects
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
• Administer change orders and maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and mentor project team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety programs
