Superintendent

We are a construction company looking for a Superintendent to supervise the field construction of a project and complete the work on schedule, within budget, and to maintain the quality of workmanship specified.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree preferred, but not required
• 1 year of relevant experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
• Ability to manage self-performed duties with labor
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities
