Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

Our client is a highly sought-after and prestigious San Diego based General Contractor seeking an experienced Ground Up Commercial Construction Superintendent for multiple projects in the Calexico, CA area.

Requirements

• Previous experience handling tilt up and ground up commercial construction projects
• Tenant Improvement (TI) experience
• Experience in automobile dealership builds is a major plus
• AS degree in Construction Management or similar or a Journeyman status in a building trade from an accredited organization (i.e. Carpenter) AND demonstrated experience of progressive responsibility supervising construction
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Email, scheduling, Microsoft Office and other software used in the construction industry
• Current safety credentials to include OSHA 30 1, 1st Aid and CPR
