Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, ideally within B2B SaaS and focused on the enterprise segment.
- Proven success in cold calling, with strong phone presence and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in crafting compelling outbound messaging, building effective sequences, and leveraging data to optimize outreach.
- Proficient in sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to exceed targets while contributing to team success.
- Highly coachable, with strong self-awareness and a continuous growth mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.
