Requirements
- Past experience in SDR/BDR roles, ideally within B2B SaaS and focused on the enterprise segment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, a Nordic language is a big plus.
- Proven cold-calling experience—you’re confident on the phone and comfortable starting conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong skills in crafting outbound messaging, building sequences, and using data to inform your outreach.
- Consultative approach with the ability to conduct effective discovery and qualification calls to identify customer needs and use cases.
- Proficiency with sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed targets while contributing to team success.
- Highly coachable, with strong self-awareness and a growth mindset.
- Proactive and organized, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic work environment
