We are seeking a Sales Executive focused on SMEs to join our dedicated sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth in your area of responsibility, specifically the EMEA markets.
Requirements
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and proactive outreach to closing the deals and post-sale account expansions.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects through phone calls, emails, and responding to inbound inquiries, dedicating approximately one-third of your time to outbound hunting.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to uncover opportunities for larger enterprise agreements and migrations.
- Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, ensuring it is enriched with commercial information and accurate quotations.
- Provide regular business pipeline reports and forecasting of upcoming expected business on a weekly basis.
- Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value of corporate communication and L&D to ensure high business outcomes for the customers.
