kaiko.ai is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant that helps clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics. We are looking for a Head of Commercial who will help define and execute how kaiko creates value in the healthcare ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial roles within healthcare, healthtech, AI platforms, or adjacent regulated industries.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including how clinicians, institutions, and networks make decisions.
- Experience working with or selling AI-driven or platform-based products, not just traditional SaaS.
- A solid grasp of agentic AI concepts, model capabilities and limitations, and the implications for product positioning and trust.
- Fluent in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
