Requirements
- Develop Kainos as a business by building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities
- Put deals together that meet sales, revenue, and profitability objectives
- Be a trusted advisor for customers and utilize a consultative selling approach
- Lead prospects through the full customer lifecycle and position new products and services strategically
- Leverage a strong command of the sales toolkit to drive trust and impact across the services sales cycle
- Develop and strengthen partnerships
- Negotiate and manage senior stakeholders
- Be an external Kainos ambassador
- Work as part of a team to lead and leverage a wider multi-disciplinary team
