The Lead Generation Executive – Pre-Sales & Site Scouting is responsible for driving scalable revenue growth remotely by identifying, qualifying, and profiling high-quality opportunities for Kaizen AMS’s portfolio of small and first-time developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2–3 years in pre-sales, lead generation, or business development within real estate, property development, or related sectors
- Proven track record in high-volume lead generation and qualification
- Experience in multi-channel sales models (phone, email, LinkedIn, research) preferred
