Operations Director

We are seeking an Operations Director to oversee all operational responsibility for two manufacturing facilities in Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, ideally in automotive, and experience in driving lean methodology and implementing best practices in operations, quality systems, and health & safety.

Requirements

• Strong manufacturing background, ideally in automotive
• Engineering degree
• Extensive experience of working with operational responsibility within a specialist, high quality manufacturing environment
• Experience of driving lean methodology in a low volume/batch manufacturing environment
• Experience in implementing best practices in operations, quality systems, and health & safety
• Cultivated positive working relationships with employees, peers and superiors
• Tenacious/self-starter attitude with a will to succeed by doing the right thing for the customers, employees, and business
