Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all operational responsibility at our North West site. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience working in complex manufacturing environments, and experience implementing lean methodology. The role requires developing and deploying a strategic manufacturing plan, managing the supply chain, and leading a team.

• Strong technical background, ideally with an engineering degree
• Extensive experience of working with operational responsibility within a complex manufacturing environment
• Experience of implementing and driving lean methodology in a low volume environment with long lead times
