KAJSAS is looking for a responsible and experienced deputy head chef to work in a popular restaurant environment in Stockholm. The role involves leading the kitchen independently and safely during service, planning, ordering, management, and handling of deliveries. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of documented experience in professional kitchen work and a good understanding of current guidelines and requirements for restaurant hygiene and food safety.
Requirements

- Documented leadership experience and ability to lead the kitchen during service
- In-depth professional skills in cooking
- Experience in planning, mise en place, and management
- Familiarity with orders, storage, and waste control
