Job Description
KU Endowment is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support the fundraising and administrative activities of The Kansas University Endowment Association. The successful candidate will ensure accurate routine endpoint maintenance, installation of desktop and mobile computing resources, and provide basic technical assistance to PC, Mac, and mobile device users.
Requirements
- College or Technical School training equivalent required
- A+ training preferred
- Two years' experience supporting hardware, operating systems, software, and users in an office environment preferred
