Billing & Payments Specialist

Karbon is seeking a Billing & Payments Specialist to join their Customer Success organization. The successful candidate will be the deepest expert on how accounting firms bill their clients, collect payments, and manage financial workflows inside Karbon. The role involves leading complex billing and payments engagements, partnering with CSMs, and building a knowledge base of complex billing and payments scenarios.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role
• Deep familiarity with how accounting firms or professional services businesses bill and collect from their clients
• Strong product intuition and excellent communication skills
• A calm, methodical approach under pressure and strong documentation instincts
• Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar practice management or accounting platforms
