Karbon is looking for a Billing & Payments Specialist to join their Customer Success organization. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing specialist role, with deep familiarity with accounting firms' billing and payments processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex billing and payments engagements, partnering with CSMs, and building a living knowledge base of billing and payments scenarios.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role
- Deep familiarity with how accounting firms or professional services businesses bill and collect from their clients
- Strong product intuition and ability to diagnose billing or payments issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial and product concepts to non-technical customers
- Calm and methodical approach under pressure, with a focus on structure and documentation
- Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar practice management or accounting platforms
