Job Description
Customer Support Specialist II will help customers set up, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between Karbon platform and third-party tools, focusing on Large Firms and complex requests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer support, or a related role, preferably with a SaaS company
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, authentication methods (OAuth, SSO), and integration troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
